We are now approved under their TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS!* Be sure to ask your employer if they offer a tuition assistance program. Our Academy can easily qualify and be placed on their list of schools for continuing education, if we are not already on it!
Mixology Certification Program~Call for rates & class times.
We offer one week, two week and weekend class-time options, thus accommodating even the busiest of schedules. One week would be 8 hours a day and two weeks would be 4 hours a day. There are day, afternoon and evening time options. Classes begin each Monday and running through Friday. The weekend series starts every weekend and runs for two consecutive weekends, both Saturdays and Sundays. *Call or email for rates, class times, openings and enrollment information.*
You will learn in a fully-loaded and functioning bar, minus the liquor in a Lounge-style atmosphere. Enjoy learning with the newest and finest of equipment. The classes are taught by current, seasoned industry professionals with at least 15 years of experience in the field. All students will truly be learning the latest trends and industry information. Our smaller, more personalized class sizes create a superb setting in which to learn.
Instructors will provide you with detailed product history and background on beer, wine and liquor. You will go home with over 150 recipes, class and new, for basic and advanced cocktail creations, as well as garnishing tips. Learn the best kept customer service secrets from your teachers and earn more tips for your wallet! Alcohol Awareness advice with real-life scenarios and resolutions are shared. You learn to serve alcohol with care and awareness. Many states now require bartenders to have this training before licensing. All the dos and don’ts of the bar industry are explored and discussed.
The Bartending Academy of Mill Creek is dedicated to a comprehensive training program that gives students the skills and confidence needed to be a success in this financially rewarding field. Mandatory Alcohol Server Training Classes~ $40 for WA State Liquor Board Mandated Class, approximately 3 hour long class. Good for 5 years!

Learn specialty pour techniques, more cocktails recipes and skills to give your cocktail creations a more stylish appeal! Our exceptional-trained and experienced teachers will provide all the tools needed to give you an edge in this ever-changing, thrilling industry.
Intro to Bartending ~$140 for a 4-5 hour class. Non-certified
Looking to break into this field? Our intro class provides you a basic overview of the Mixology program. Our teachers will show you some simple recipes, pour techniques and bar skills. It is perfect for the "Bartender in the Family" or those wanting to test out the waters of bartending! It is designed for those truly thinking about making that move into the certified Mixology program.
Crash Courses ~$140 for a 4-5 hour class. Non-certified
Perfect idea for birthday, office, bridal showers and any special event! It is great for the person who wants to learn a few basics and entertain socially. Why not get together and learn how to make some Specialty Cocktails from one of our terrific teachers? It is a fun, easy way to get some skills under your belt!
